Hook Fishing

Hello!

We all need an extra edge to say ahead of the carp fishing right?

With most carp fishing novice chasing the latest techniques of carp fishing, usually in the area of bait or the latest platform … But I doubt that many fishermen have ever considered whether the smell of his hands are affecting the results of their catch? What if you're using the same bait other carp fishermen are successfully used in the capture and its lake – But you're not?

Read on to discover what could only be the answer …

In 1979, just before he started fishing for carp, who was a member of the local fishing club and the club had the right fishing a small lake and a stretch of a canal. Regularly carried out friendly matches and outings. I remember fishing with a guy who had just taken up fishing during the year above, which always used to fight, he used the same baits and fishing methods that successful, but in vain, that the results were awful.

In particular, fishing is a memorable day we sat in the same parity, the two were fishing floating worms, I was catching one after another tench. Feeling sorry for this boy, I will leave plop his float six inches from mine, and had no aspiration in all morning! Be very sure that he still could not get a bite! So in that moment I decided to take a break and remove my rod and line, and let him have the place for himself while I have a sandwich and a hot tea in my bottle … all that were captured during the next hour was a couple of small cockroaches.

We discussed this "unlucky touch" who looked and could not understand why simply not catch him, it seemed so strange, especially when I replaced my rod in the same place and the beginning immediate bagging again!

During the afternoon, George against one of the oldest members come to chat and see how we could respond. George had fish since I was a toddler and so far in his later years was strong as mustard! He was always a big company with much outside of stories to tell. During our conversation I mentioned about my friend (John) despite struggling fishing right in the same place as me!

George turned to John and told her "hands smell '! They looked totally baffled … John asked what exactly he was talking about. He said' You have something in the pores of your skin on your hands that fish do not like '

After the discovery that John was an apprentice hairdresser, and the fact that the hands come into contact with chemicals used to dye his hair … George explained that this was probably the problem, which probably still trails these chemicals in the pores. When John bait the hook of these chemicals are approved in the bait and the fish were rejected by them … So why was not capture John!

He added in recent years is known other fishermen with the same problem, but could not put her finger on the exact cause, and some office work there, his hands never come into contact with anything such as chemicals or the like. However, when wore rubber surgical gloves before bait is greatly improved catch rates.

The obvious solution was to use rubber gloves … But what a pain!

George also be added to show that this was the probable cause we could do a little experiment right now, but has no gloves … No problem … went your answer.

Pointing to a tree behind us, asked John to pick up a pair of green leaves and rub it in the palm and fingers, until there was a movie 'green' which covers them. He explained that his hands now have more of a natural stern and must mask any smells repel.

He instructed John to use the worms of my bait box, like all worms in the bait box all was John contaminated.

The two expelled and waited decreased breathing, we had to wait a long time … Once again I caught a tench! After returning to cast out, and no more action for twenty minutes, we started wondering if this "hands stink 'stuff was real …

Just as I was ending the conversation saying to John that was probably a load of poppy cock … Juan float to be extended under the surface of the water! He knocked on the fish … after playing the fish, fell on the network expecting a big ditch! He hit me gob! The two captured about the same amount of fish until the afternoon when the sun came out and put the fish … Absolutely incredible …! What result for Juan!

I met John at the end of the season and asked about his "luck" told me that since the meeting that "luck" the opportunity to oldest member, George and the advice they will be eternally grateful, as it has been consistently good catches since.

I that this point is extremely important when fishing for carp and carp are easily expelled by the unpleasant odor / taste bait, as they have a very open sense of smell, the lining of the mouth contains chemically sensitive cells that allow you to determine whether food is good or bad. The Carp also have their taste buds barbules, pectoral and pelvic fins, below its head and along the length of its body. To reject them again should be the flavor.

It just takes little edges like this that can make all the difference in the results.

For its success, good luck and Tight Lines …
