As for fishing waders chest?
Which is better, rubber or neoprene, and how can I determine what size to get? In My pants size (32-32) or my shoe size (11)?
I am assuming you are from Alabama, so get breathable waders. Neoprene are wicked uncomfortable in warm / hot climate such as rubber waders. If the weather is cool always be isolated in their boots. You seem to be of medium height, so would a pair of "great". I also had Stockingfoot model because models tend to use bootfoot at the seams of the boots. As for shoes Wading usually go 1 size bigger than shoe size you wear, if any, size 12.
